At Everything, all orders are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD). Please read the following refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All payments are made in cash at the time of delivery.

We do not accept online card payments for COD orders.
✅ Refund Eligibility (COD Orders)
A refund or replacement may be approved only in the following cases:

The item is damaged upon delivery

The item is defective

You received an incorrect item
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind after delivery

Customer refusal to accept the order at delivery

Incorrect size, color, or variant chosen by the customer

Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Minor differences in color or appearance due to screen display

Delays caused by shipping partners or customs

Promotional, discounted, or clearance items
🔁 Refund / Replacement Process (COD)

Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
If approved:

A replacement item will be sent
OR -
A cash refund will be arranged through our delivery partner (if applicable)
Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
🚫 Order Refusal & Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Refusing a COD order at delivery without valid reason may result in:

Order cancellation

Restriction from future COD orders
