Delivery & Returns (Cash on Delivery – COD)

At Everything, all orders are processed using Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please read the delivery and returns policy carefully before placing your order.


🚚 Delivery Policy (COD)

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once processed, orders are shipped directly from our suppliers or fulfillment partners.

⏱ Delivery Time

  • Qatar: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:

    • Supplier location

    • Courier service

    • Customs clearance

⚠️ As a dropshipping store, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.


💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure the exact amount is available at delivery.

  • COD availability depends on the delivery area and courier.


📍 Delivery Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

    • Unreachable customers

    • Refused deliveries without valid reason


🔄 Returns & Replacements (COD)

✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.


❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Customer refusal to accept the order

  • Incorrect size, color, or variant selected

  • Items used, worn, or damaged after delivery

  • Promotional or clearance items


🔁 Return / Replacement Process

  1. Contact us at support@everything.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

If approved:

  • A replacement item will be sent
    OR

  • A COD refund will be arranged through our courier (if applicable).

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


🚫 Order Refusal & COD Restrictions

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in:

    • Order cancellation

    • Restriction or suspension of COD service


⚠️ Important Notes

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

  • Delivery delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control.

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
